For the past several weeks now, I have been doing a lot of posting.

And, I have heard back from many of you.

It seems like there is an issue with our boards of directors. Many of you have had questions, comments, and concerns about your board situation.  Some  are working on strengthening your existing board through designing the process and policies needed.  Others just are thinking “what the heck is wrong with them!?!?!”
